ABOUT US

Future Leaders is contracted to provide services that will help youth get into, and remain in, employment. We are contracted to the Ministry of Social Development and the Ministry of Youth Development. We deliver support and mentoring services in the Waikato, Wellington and other regions of New Zealand to youth aged 16-24 years old. Our wraparound service takes a holistic and end-to-end approach. We facilitate sustainable employment and training outcomes for our rangatahi and Job Seekers. We have worked with over 650 people since 2014, supporting them to gain sustainable employment / training. We are proud to achieve over 80% sustainable outcomes annually.
